CASE STUDY
Levy Electric Web Application
Levy Electric hired Tritonmark to develop a brand-new website with an advanced CMS and secure payment system and Web Application for their Fleets. The goal was to create a high-performance platform capable of selling products globally while maintaining strong security, automation, and scalability.
The Challenge
Levy Electric is a globally recognized company, and from the beginning we understood that this would be a large and technically demanding project. Designing a website capable of ranking at the top of scooter-related search results in the United States and attracting more than 50,000 monthly visitors was one of the biggest challenges our team had faced.
The level of technical development required for this project was significant. Building a high-performance e-commerce store and advanced CMS system required complex architecture, careful planning, and extensive engineering work.
Projects of this scale require the expertise of our most experienced engineers. Our team dedicated many hours to designing, developing, and refining the platform to ensure the final product met the highest standards and delivered complete client satisfaction.

The Solution
After our team reached a major milestone by developing a high-performing e-commerce platform, a new and even greater challenge emerged: building a web application capable of managing electric scooter fleets in real time through their IoT systems and mobile applications.
The first step was identifying the core deliverables for the project:
- Operator Web Application – A centralized platform used by operators to monitor and manage scooter fleets.
- Customer Mobile Applications – Mobile apps for both Android and Apple devices that allow users to locate, unlock, and ride scooters.
- Operator Field Application – A dedicated app designed to assist operators during daily operations such as battery swapping and fleet maintenance.
As many people may know, this type of micromobility platform already exists in companies such as Bird and Lime. Developing a system of this scale typically requires a full-time engineering team working for one to two years.
This type of project is even more complex than building an e-commerce platform. It requires building robust APIs within our servers that communicate directly with the IoT devices embedded in each scooter. These APIs send and receive commands in real time, allowing operators to control and monitor a fleet that can range from 30,000 to 50,000 scooters across the United States.
The technical architecture behind this system is extensive. While we could spend pages explaining the structure of the application, the most important point is its purpose.
In simple terms, this platform enables an entirely new business model that depends fully on the reliability of the application. Because the system operates in real time and directly controls active fleet operations, even small software issues could have significant operational and financial impacts. For that reason, our team designed the platform with a strong focus on stability, performance, and reliability.
The Result
This application was launched at the beginning of 2026, and the results have been outstanding. After two years of development and rigorous testing, our team successfully delivered a fully stable and high-performing platform that continuously generates revenue through scooter rentals.
Since its launch, business operations have not been disrupted by any critical bugs. Thanks to our development warranty, Levy can operate with confidence knowing that our engineering team remains available to quickly resolve any issues. At the same time, our team has begun onboarding Levy’s internal engineers so they can fully understand the platform and continue developing new features as the system evolves.
The platform was designed with scalability in mind, allowing future integrations and feature expansions without requiring a complete system rebuild. The long-term vision is to grow the application into a multi-million-user micromobility platform.
This project marked a major milestone for our team. Successfully delivering such a complex system demonstrates that our capabilities extend far beyond traditional web development and into full-scale technology platforms.
